Bhartiya Kisan Sangh is organization which is “for the Farmer, by the Farmer and
of the farmer.” This is a paramount organization which is running in all states
of our country. This is the organization having large number of members in the country
and in the Gujarat State as well. Organization’s sound network covers all villages
of country to resolve various issues of farmers plus work for the farmers.

Bhartiya Kisan Sangh was founded under the able leadership of Late Sh Dattopant
Bapurao Thengadi, an eminent thinker of the Country. Under his strong guidance Bhartiya
Majdoor Sangh, Swadeshi Jagaran Manch and other national level institutions were
also founded. In Rajsthan, at “KOTA”, on 3rd and 4th March 1979, there was all India
farmers Meet.

In that SAMMELAN Bhartiya Kisan Sangh formed all National Level and State Level
committees. This convention was attended by thousands of farmers from all over the
country. In this Sammelan GUJARAT PRADESH Kisan Sangh has been formed and since
then this organization has been working for the farmers' problem, welfare activity
and many co-related activities for the farmers.

Currently, Organization’s office at “Balram Mandir Parisar” located at capital of
Gujarat state Gandhinagar, in sector 12/D area. This organization’s Trust Registration
Number is GUJ/337. This organization got exemption from the income tax department
under section Nop 80(G) and reg. number is CIT/GNR/80G(5)GNR-70/2006-07, DT.18/09/2007.

Keeping in mind wider interest of nation, the organization has to unite farmers,
to help for all- round growth, to make fully independents for development towards
economic, social and educational. |

Farming is a occupation. For the farm industries’ growth we have to introduce farmers
about science and technology in agriculture. Let them know about use of modern tools
and motivate them to use it for farming.

Try to solve the various problems of the farmers and arrange Kisan Sammelan, training
class, get together, Krushi tour, Krushi fair etc. for the better knowledge of Farmers. |
|
|
|
To work for getting the remunerative prices for agriculture products and promote
organic farming, water conservation, agriculture processing, conservation of local
cows, and sustainable development. Work for the “Samras Samaj” , with this motto
Bharitya Kisan Sangh is working in country. |
